Margaret & Dale Badham 2012-02-08	Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort, Karon Beach Very nice resort! The pools were nice and the location was a 5minute walk to the beach. Our room was good, nothing special but clean and very nice view and balacony! the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just okay, nothing special, needed more variety with fruit and cereals and yogurt. The Bread if not used on the first day was reused on the next so hard to get fresh. We had lunch at the pool three times and drinks and the food was very good with good variety. Overall a good hotel for the money!	very easy to use!
Michael J 2010-04-20	Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort, Karon Beach Our family of Five had a great 12 nights here and have no criticisms of the hotel or the location. Would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Karon beach.	Booking service was first class as I have always found it to be.
Corrado Zandarin 2009-04-23	Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort, Karon Beach The day desk staff are not as friendly and helpfull as they could be. Not quite as friendly as the night staff. If you get rooms in the 1630 area, the morning staff are quite loud and make a fair bit of noise and talk quite loudly. They are oblivious to people who may be sleeping. Hotel Tip....Have the hotel book you a taxi.....it s half the price of the taxis outside!

Should improve maintenance (electricity cuts, bad TV reception and lizards could enter the room through little holes in the walls..)	Efficient

I staid on the 4th floor and there were small lizards crawling around on the walls you could see. I think I also saw one in my room but it ran away when I turned the lights on. The rooms were large and the hotel staff was friendly enough. The breakfast is very standard but their omelets were pre-made so they were cold when I got served. There is a gameroom where you can play table tennis and chess. The workout room is small but has enough to get the job done. The location is really close to the downtown area. There is a shortcut you can take. Overall it was a good experience but you could probably get more for what you pay at another high end hotel.	sawadee was great! my friend forgot to make a hotel payment but we still had the reservation available to us when we got there. His credit card did not run through several times and they were very patient throughout the process. I was worried we would lose the room but we had no problems at all! Excellent service.

Excellent TV coverage for a hotel as well. However one major complaint I have is with the staff of this hotel. They are outwardly friendly. However they troubled me over apparent inconsistency in the room inventory when I had taken absolutely nothing. I would suggest that before check-in you do a thorough inventory check.	Great service. However I had requested connecting rooms and did not get them and that was disappointing.

Nevertheless, We enjoyed our stay.Room was quite spacious, nice staff, excelent cleaning service and 3 pools.Not bad.	Superb.No problems
